Customer Quality Engineer
1. Costumer complaint management- Lead analysis of customer complaints, non-conformance and oversee 8-D reports. Prepare reports and make recommendation on the corrective and preventive action.
2. Proactive on the Interface with customers on quality issues and building relationship, Prevent potential quality risks.
3. Oversees customer and internal quality audit programs.
4. Implementation on Statistical Methods in problem solving, Strengthen the usage of core tools for any process analysis, Establish Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters and characteristics. Improve existing change control management and documentation.
5. Address non conformances in production and determine quality improvement parameters. Perform line audit as and when necessary.
6. Support in QM KPI monitoring, lead and drive in continuous improvement project.
Who we are looking for：
1. Bachelor of Engineering and above.
2. 3-5 years of experience.
3. Working knowledge of all quality system elements
4. IATF 16949 knowledge
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong leadership and coordination skills
7. Proficiency in FMEA, OCAP, Control plan and SPC
8. Problem analyzing and solving using statistical methodology
9. Must be able to organize and manage project
