HR Generalist
Job Requirements:

Job facts:

1. 根据招聘计划及人员需求,开展招聘工作。负责简历筛选、邀约、面试、录用手续等常规招聘工作

Carry out recruitment as per workforce plan include but not limited to resume screening, invitation, interview and employment arrangement

2. 建立和维护人事档案、员工花名册,及时更新员工的个人信息和资料

Set up and maintain personnel files, roster, timely update employee information and files

3. 负责公司员工合同及档案管理、社保、公积金办理等管理工作

Manage labor contract, archives management, social insurance and housing fund related matters

4. 负责每月考勤统计,薪资核算,福利发放工作,维护员工自助系统

Manage monthly attendance, salary calculation, welfare issuance, maintain employee ESS system

5. 结合公司的企业文化,根据公司要求,协助组织和实施相关培训活动,组织策划员工的团队建设活动

Assist to organize and carry out training related activities, organize and design employee team building activities according to company culture and company requirements

6. 其他工作内容

Other tasks assigned by line manager


Who we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent

2. 2 years HR experience, better in MNC

3. Good English and PC skills

4. Familiar with local labor laws

5.Open mind and fast learning and adapt ability, customer oriented

6.Self-motivator and have strong sense of responsibility
