Job Requirements:

Title: Key account sales

1. 岗位职责

Position Responsibilities

1. Manage individual accounts team and take overall responsibility

2. Implement key accounts strategy, make plans, achieve budgets and targets

3. Team with the TS, R&D and operation team to increase sales of value-based consulting solution, drives resources applied to individual accounts

4. Manage sales targets and implement and provision of high quality of service and ensure key account satisfactory

5. Keep good relationship with KA decision maker (inc engineering and procurement) at both HQ level and key branch.

6. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and seek opportunity to capitalize on strengths and eliminate weaknesses at individual accounts.

7. Drive development of long-term business potential by creating close working relationship with key individuals at individual accounts

8. Maintain the profiles of individual accounts


2. 岗位资格及要求

Qualifications:

l Over 3 years successful experience, in Sales and Business Development roles in PV

l Master of accounts management with strong strategic analytical capability

l Strong interpersonal communication skills (internal and external)

l Willing to work under pressure, learn and progress with strong career-ambition

l Willingness to travel
