IP Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
Heraeus Noblelight counts itself among the market and technology leaders worldwide for special lamps with wavelengths from ultraviolet to infrared for industrial, scientific, and medical applications. With locations in Germany, the United Kingdom, China, and the USA, the segment manufactures lamps for analytical measurement technology and the printing industry, infrared emitters for industrial heating processes, arc and flash lamps, and products for water disinfection and air treatment, as well as sun simulation and photochemistry with a high level of vertical integration.

Job Summary:
Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organization’s short and long-term sales goals.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for selling of infra process technology solution and achieve OP.
Responsible for sales pipeline building up and management etc.
Management of infra process technology channels/end-users and motivate channels/end-users to work closely with Heraeus to achieve assigned OP.
Responsible for technical exchange and commercial negotiation with the customers, transfer the customer’s CTQ to COE & related functional team clearly and get timely feedback, finally assure order securing.
Improving coverage rate of Heraeus Infra process technology in selected market through customer’s visiting, roadshow and seminar. Assure the customer understand the add-value of Heraeus products.
Support Sales Director for business strategy making.
Review and monitor performance periodically for sales engineer; customer service and technical engineer in whole team.
Build, manage and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure a systematic follow up of the sales action plan.
Superintend sales Budget and referenced things for IP business.
Co-operate with other departments.
Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in in Engineering, Preferably mechanic, Automation, Process Controls, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic. MBA is preferred.
Minimum 8 years experiences in Sales, preferred sales experience in manufacture equipment sales in Glass, PV, coating equipment industries, etc.
Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales management.
Project sales/management experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and team player
Good Mandarin and English
Travel: able and willing to travel in mainland China & some/later international
