1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Support supervise AR&IC team for daily transactions (cash application, master data maintenance, collection if required by sales depts.).
*Monitor the whole AR&IC process, continuously improve process design focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization
*Monthly & quarterly AR reconciliation and AR open item clearance review.
*Support and improve internal control system.
*Regular communication with cross departments (Treasury, Sales, Credit Management, Tax etc.).
*Co-operation with external parties i.e. auditors.
*Support team leader to run the implementation projects.
*Bachelor degree in finance, major in accounting/ finance or related
*Over 5 years AR team lead working experience with strong leadership and solid experience in AR process.
*Good in English and Mandarin.
*Project management skills are preferred.
*Familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP.
*Familiar with internal control process, foreign Exchange and other relevant accounting standards.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional management.
*SAP experience is a must.
*Strong customer service focus with a drive to exceed customer expectations.
