UVP Lamps & Components sales engineer
Job Requirements:
Heraeus Noblelight counts itself among the market and technology leaders worldwide for special lamps with wavelengths from ultraviolet to infrared for industrial, scientific, and medical applications. With locations in Germany, the United Kingdom, China, and the USA, the segment manufactures lamps for analytical measurement technology and the printing industry, infrared emitters for industrial heating processes, arc and flash lamps, and products for water disinfection and air treatment, as well as sun simulation and photochemistry with a high level of vertical integration.

Job Summary:
Responsible for sales of Lamps & Components in the defined territory of responsibility. Manage all accounts assigned to his area. Develop and establish sales channel. Develops new accounts. Achieve the sales target.

Working Experience:
-5~ 8 years working experience.
-Min. 2-3 years direct sales experience in the water treatment system business.

Essential Duties:
-Direct sales to the accounts in Lamps & Components to achieve sales target.
-Responsible for key account management and new customer development.
-Plans and prepares sales promotions and presentations.
-Generates sales and marketing reports and forecasts to assist manager in business planning.
-Participates in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery.
-Demonstrates products and application solutions to customers and prospects.
-Maintains and develops long term customer relations.
-Seeks market intelligence, summarizes and executes competition strategy, leads to beat the competition.
-Participates in trade shows, seminars, conferences and product training.
-Works with other team members to achieve the set sales target of total China.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, major in Physical, chemical, Environment, Engineering.
-Solid experience in water treatment systems.
-Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales or BD.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated and team player
-Good Mandarin and English
-Travel: able and willing to travel in mainland China
